Library / Cultural Center

The Huntington Woods Library, founded by members of the Study Club in 1947, moved from a room in Burton Elementary School to its current location  in 1960.  The Library serves the educational and cultural needs of both the City of Huntington Woods and the City of Pleasant Ridge.

The Library facility houses both the Library on the upper level and the cultural center on the lower level.  When visiting the Library be sure to enjoy the stained glass windows above the Children and Adult wings as well as the textured window above the main entrance.  On the lower level, the Woods Gallery offers multiple fine art shows throughout the year.
