This survey is intended to include every resident in Huntington Woods.

Therefore, please make sure to forward to neighbors and/or household members who did not receive it. For those not on email, hard copies will be available at City Hall and the Huntington Woods Library.

 

This survey is short!

It is only 15-19 questions depending on your inputs and will not take more than fifteen minutes.

However, your feedback is critical to defining our city’s vision and future plans.

All answers are anonymous.

 

You can win prizes!

The City will host a random drawing for prizes for residents that complete both surveys.

Prizes will include items such as: a discounted water bill; a family pass to local attractions; a reduced rate on recreation services.

The deadline to complete the first survey is July 8^th.

Personal information such as your email and name will NOT be compiled or used in the survey results. This information will be used for the random prize drawing ONLY.
